Michael J. Lazzaro

Michael Lazzaro is the founder of ZmmConnect and leads the organization with his experience and passion for leveraging new technologies to meet marketing challenges. Mr. Lazzaro has spent his career launching new initiatives for prestigious and emerging brands that both utilize technology and focus on value producing marketing solutions. He launched the first effort into online brokerage for American Express Financial Direct, launched the first database marketing offering for J. Walter Thompson advertising, and early in his career, successfully implemented database solutions to support forecasting, resource planning and customer satisfaction tracking for the Ethicon Division of Johnson & Johnson. Most recently Mr. Lazzaro headed acquisition and customer retention efforts for Datek Online where he participated in the launch of the brand, exponential growth of the customer base and the eventual sale to Ameritrade Holdings Corp. Mr. Lazzaro holds a BS in Management Science and Information Systems from Rutgers University and an MS in Operations Research from Lehigh University.
J.D. Gershan

JD Gershan is a founding member of ZmmConnect and has been its Chief Technology Officer since it’s founding in 2003. Mr. Gershan was formerly Chief Architect for Ameritrade Holdings Corp, and prior to that served as SVP of Technology for Datek Online, both leading Internet brokerage companies. At Datek, Mr. Gershan led the teams which built Web platforms delivering institutional class order execution and real-time streaming financial data to retail brokerage clients for the first time. Prior to his position at Datek, Mr. Gershan served as CTO of Planet Telecom, a pioneer in prepaid phone cards and stored value systems. Prior to serving at Planet, Mr. Gershan was a consultant in New York, Chicago, Washington DC and Israel with clients including NASA, CBOT traders, Intel and various Beltway Bandits. Mr. Gershan holds degrees in Psychology and Computer Science from George Washington University and sits on the advisory boards of several Internet companies including Praxell, Vanquish and ThinkingCraft. Mr. Gershan is active in the non-profit sector and is a Founder and Director of the Jewish Education Alliance – an organization fostering innovations in Jewish education.
Ahmad Shishegar

Ahmad Shishegar is a founding member of ZmmConnect. Ahmad has over 20 years of experience in research and development, strategic product development planning, product design, technology development, manufacturing and market introduction. He managed research and development departments at IN Inc., Omnichrome Corporation and Signet Scientific Company, with responsibility for the development of over 25 new products. At IN Inc. he successfully conceived, developed and spun-off a new company, INnova Inc., specializing in design and manufacture of state of the art intelligent controllers for the new generation of Metal Halide light sources. At Omnichrome, he identified next generation microchip laser technology and led Omnichrome's technical position in the resulting merger negotiations with Micracor (a MIT Lincoln lab spin-off). He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona.\

Mr. Frohlinger is President of Frohlinger & Associates, an executive search and consulting firm. He previously led several prominent firms in the executive search field with a focus in consumer oriented businesses. He currently evaluates venture capital investments in the advertising, networking and communications industries on behalf of several venture capital funds and related organizations. Mr. Frohlinger has advised foreign and domestic clients (including Interpublic, WPP) on management, strategic alliances and joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and other critical planning matters. Previously, he served as Editor and Publisher of Frohlinger's Marketing Report in the 1980s-through 1999. He was an award-winning journalist, frequently quoted in business magazines and national media, including The Wall Street Journal and New York Times. Frohlinger is a well-known industry expert and frequently counseled senior executive marketing and advertising executives on industry trends.

George Orme is currently a Senior Consultant with David Shepard and Associates, a full service management consulting firm, providing clients with seasoned, independent counsel across the full spectrum of direct marketing and database disciplines. Before joining DSA, George’s experience included marketing management positions at CBS and National Liberty, in addition to board level positions at Ogilvy & Mather Direct and BBDO Direct where he created database marketing programs for such Fortune 500 leaders as ITT, RJR/Nabisco, Polaroid, L'eggs, Hasbro and General Electric.

Mr. Robards is a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Financial Federal Corporation; a New York Stock Exchange listed specialty finance company. From January 2003 through June 2004 Mr. Robards was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the American Museum of Natural History (AMNH). Prior to joining AMNH, Mr. Robards was Chief Financial Officer of Datek Online Holdings, an online brokerage company and Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Republic New York Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange listed company and the holding company for Republic National Bank of New York, where he worked for 25 years. . Mr. Robards holds a B.A. from Brown University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard University. He is also active in the non-profit sector and is a trustee and chairman of the finance committee of the Big Apple Circus, a director and Treasurer of the National Down Syndrome Society, and a co-founder of the Cooke Center for Learning and Development.
William H. Mohr

William H. Mohr, currently a Director in the Compliance Department at Citigroup Global Markets Inc (f/k/a Salomon Smith Barney). In this capacity, he is the manager of the Regulatory Group. Mr. Mohr also serves as the Chief Privacy Officer of the Firm’s Smith Barney Division. He assumed his role at Citigroup in 2002. Mr. Mohr began his career in the securities industry in 1983 as an Assistant Attorney General in the Investor Protection & Securities Bureau of the New York Attorney General. From 1997 to 2000 he served as its Deputy Bureau Chief and from 1990 to 1997 as its Chief of Enforcement. Mr. Mohr is a member of the SIA Privacy Committee and has served as a member of the NASD and SIA e-Brokerage Committees. From 1985 to 2000 he served on numerous Committees and Special Projects on behalf of NASAA. Mr. Mohr has been a frequent lecturer on securities and e-commerce issues, most recently at American Corporate Counsel Association’s October 2002 Annual Conference. Mr. Mohr earned his Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law in 1976 and a BA from Thomas More College in 1973.

Diana Tilley currently works with the Interpublic Group of Companies as Enterprise Director for the Bank of America Brand where she oversees the activities and integration of sixteen agencies across the Bank of America business. Prior to her appointment with Interpublic she served as Senior Partner of Brand Integration at the Bozell advertising agency working with such premier brands as Verizon Wireless, The New York Times, Datek, and the Bank of America. Diana received her BA from Vanderbilt University and her MBA in Finance and Marketing from Southern Illinois University and has spent her career in marketing working with both Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurial startups. She is an instructor at NYU and a guest speaker atDMA conferences.
James Cox

James Cox is an experienced business development professional with an international track record of creating numerous media companies, including television stations, radio, and newspapers. In January 2000, Mr. Cox launched Metro, a free daily newspaper in Philadelphia, with a circulation of over 150,000. Prior to Metro, Mr. Cox was head of strategy and business development for Central European Media Enterprises (CME), the leading television company in Central and Eastern Europe. Mr. Cox led the effort to launch over 10 television and radio stations in countries which formerly had state monopolies. Recently, Mr. Cox worked as a consultant to media companies, with a focus on strategy, development and operational issues. Mr. Cox received his MBA in international finance from New York University and has worked as a financial analyst on Wall Street.

A 20+ year veteran of advertising and marketing, Brian is the Director of Business Development for all North American offices of J. Walter Thompson. Brian has worked with such illustrious brands as Verizon Wireless, Bank of America, LensCrafters, Target, the Sundance Film Festival, Tanqueray and The Andrew Jergens Company. Prior to joining JWT, Brian was President of DiNoto Lee, a New York based ad agency. Brian has also held senior management posts at Bozell, Deutsch, and Kirschenbaum Bond & Partners. Brian was also CEO of Qtopics, an early stage company with a patented Internet communications software application and consulting division that provided a robust suite of on-line polling services.
